My name is Zoy (pronounced Zoe), a proud Wiradjuri woman and Client Service Manager offering virtual administration services. With nearly 20 years in customer service and management, I value professionalism, collaboration, and strong business partnerships.
Having lived and worked across different countries and cultures, I bring a deep appreciation for service, patience, and adaptability — qualities I extend to every client and their network.
Now based in the beautiful Northern Rivers, NSW on Bundjalung Country, I balance work with an active family life and take pride in delivering executive-level support with consistent, positive feedback.
